Rectifier transformers are used for rectifying the power. The majority of the industrial DC power is obtained with rectifying devices made up of rectifier transformers and rectifiers and widely used in such areas requiring rectification power as electrochemical electrolysis, traction, drive, DC transmission, alternating frequency and other general industries.
